We love to travel the UK sharing the Stitch products and always get such a fantastic interest from market-goers not only on the products but also the project and wider SEED Madagascar organisation. It’s a great way to tell people what we do and a great way for people to find out how they can get involved. As we head towards the end of 2018 (where HAS this year gone?!) we’ll be heading to our usual haunts and visiting a few new spots, here’s where you can find us and when:
Portobello Road

Discover something new in something old in the world’s largest antique market. Visitors and stall-holders alike flock here to sell their artisan items, second hand goods, hot food, fruit & veg and antiques. You never know what you might find!
Tribe Norfolk Weekend
Date: 22nd – 23rd September
Location: Happy Valley Norfolk

With the help of the fantastic @tales_in_thread we’ll be heading to this festival in Norfolk which celebrates the best that Norfolk has to offer: workshops, wellness, makers market, shopping, art, activities, great food and drink plus dancing at this laid back, family friendly gathering.
Norwich Global Village Market
Date: 28th – 29th September 2018
Time: 10am – 5pm
Location: The Forum, Norwich
Entry: FREE
This is a marvellous event in the beautiful city of Norwich, specialising in small local businesses, global artisan products and delicious food. There will also be performances from local musicians, performers and dancers.
The Big Textile Show
Date: 28th and 29th October 2018
Time: 9am – 5pm
Location: Leicester Racecourse
Entry: £10 for one day (early-bird discount available). Students and Under 18s £5, children under 12 are free. Free carpark available.
Yes! It’s that time of year again! A positive utopia for all budding haberdashers, or even just your casual sewing bee. Get lost in the displays of coats, quilts, machine embroidery, felting, dyeing, quilting….the list goes on. Stock up your craft cupboard or discover a new hobby!
WinterFest Manchester

Get all your Christmas presents sorted this year at the Ethical Christmas Market. With over 80 stalls, workshops, talks, cookery demos, yoga, children’s activities there’s plenty to keep you in the festive spirit. We’re really excited about this event!
Kings Cross Canopy Market
